HR SPEAKER SERIES ANNOUNCEMENT:

Philadelphia SHRM is sponsoring a free HR Speaker Series designed to provide valuable career information for current or aspiring HR professionals. Whether you are pursuing entry into the profession or looking to solidify your career objectives, this series will help you establish a definitive plan for progression within the field relative to your interests and goals. Participants will also have an opportunity to become part of PSHRM’s Mentoring Program and establish dynamic and meaningful relationships with seasoned HR professionals to support long-term career development. This program is open to current students both bachelor and master level.

The Speaker Series will consist of three successive sessions. Space is limited so register as soon as possible. Interested participants must be pre-registered to attend!

Topic: The Ideal HR Candidate

Description: This session with include a discussion on the typical avenues into HR and examination on what qualities and skills are in demand in today’s HR job market as well as the increasing demands on HR staff.
