As certified HR professionals know, passing a SHRM certification test is a difficult undertaking, requiring a great deal of personal commitment and professional expertise. However, an equally challenging process faces certified professionals in maintaining their credentials ongoing. This webinar will help certified professionals navigate the process of recertification and illustrate the many options that are available to qualify for a successful recertification for the SPHR, PHR and GPHR designations. Because each certification has its own unique set of credit requirements, we hope to present a set of probable "road maps" by which each professional can cater their training and professional activities according to their needs. About the speaker:

Sheila Scanlon, SPHR, is a Knowledge Manager for iWorkwell, Inc., a premier Human Resources subscription web service. She is responsible recruiting and developing subject matter experts, writing and editing articles for iWorkwell's web site, keeping the site up to date, and managing the company's interns. Sheila previously worked in Human Resources in law firms for 20 years and before that she worked in the insurance industry. She is a long-time member of SHRM and PhillySHRM and is Chair of PhillySHRM's Certification Committee. Sheila facilitates a certification study group for PHR and SPHR candidates that meet weekly in Center City.
