Teresa Sedgwick is the Human Resources Director at Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. She is responsible for providing Human Resources Generalist support for the corporate office. Prior to joining Jackson Hewitt, Teresa has over 20 years of accomplishments as a Human Resources Business Partner at UBS Financial Services and The Prudential. Her main focus is on Talent Management strategy- Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Employee Retention and Engagement and Helping to coach managers on how to manage employees during times of change and uncertainty. She holds a BA from the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC and is a member of SHRM. |
